I've been playing for 10 years and today was the first time i saw there is some kind of tournament. I wanted to compete in it but i cannot find it for some reason. What should i do?
That is correct @77Zoran77 if you aren't a resident of one of the listed participating countries then you cannot compete in the Tournament.
I live in Kosovo, so that means i cannot participate in the tournament at all?

3.1. Eligibility: To be able to compete as a Participant in the Tournament you must:
3.1.1. be normally resident in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the Netherlands, United States of America, and the United Kingdom;
