I have cleared everything but cannot see how to release the springs. They just sit at the bottom & do not move. I have used extra moves, but still doesn’t work. No idea how to complete this level

Are you still stuck at this level? If you are stuck in this position you describe you have no option but to force close the app and replay the level. Normally if you replay you will have no problem unless you destroy the yellow candies at the bottom again with boosters or a double colour bomb combo. You need to avoid this as the sprinks can only be saved by matching those yellows, which will then guide them to their exits. If you need more explanation of this level please let us know.
