Unable to purchase

I want to progress but I can't. It says "Server error"
Just had a work around! I downloaded Candy Crush on my PC and added payment through my mobile which said it didn't work and said the same as the image you attached but when I went back on my mobile candy crush my gold bars were there! Not great but did work for now.
Tried all that, everything short of deleting and reloading the gamer. nothing works.

I just received the $0.99 offer & when I tried to purchase it cited "connection issue" & I lost the chance to purchase! It is an in-game purchase that is infrequently offered. How can I get it back?!

Could you share the error message that you get in the game app that is telling you the game is not connected? We have a reported issue HERE which I'm trying to figure out if your issue is related 🤔
So why is theSo why is the game. Will not allow me to contact the store while I'm playing the game will not allow me to play the game. When I'm clearly online at the same time as it's telling me I'm not online unless your game is cheating is that the problem. Because by these screenshots you can clearly see that in between each picture of it telling me that it was offline I'm taking a picture of the same ridiculous screen telling me at the same time I'm on online I have a great signal strength but I can't access the store or I can't buy anything excuse me. The only way to explain that is it you're stupid game is cheating me.
All Stars tournament is not missing, it's just not playable.
Was the All Star banner still on your Events page @nezabudka but it showed a dash
At the moment the All Stars widget should show 'zzz' and a countdown to the next Stage if you managed to qualify.

Are you using a VPN to play the game? What country are you in?
Not being able to contact the in-game Shop had now been reported for investigation.
Keep an eye on the thread linked below and perhaps add your connection issue to it as well. If possible please provide a screenshot of your issue

As you spent money it is well worth your time to try contacting King Play Support using the help function of your game. They tend to treat paying customers favourably.
You can only receive very limited help here as most people that comment are just ordinary players of the game like you.

I have also been having the same problem for over a week, except i am stuck at the spinning wheel. Never receive an error msg. Happens when i click on the shop icon or try to make a purchase at the rnd of a level

Has the All Stars gone missing from your Events page or just from your Map @nezabudka
I don't know what is going on but you aren't the first this week to complain about not being able to access their Shop the issue is supposedly being investigated by King though.
Likewise several other people have also complained about the disappearance of their leader board. No problem has been acknowledged by King yet, but this is an issue that occurs every year.
If you have changed the clock of your device to obtain more lives this would be one reason for the loss of your leader board.

Hi ,I'm using a Redmi Note10 mobile and currently playing on 18700+stage ,it's been recently that I can use the gold bars for moves but can't buy boosters with them.Each time I try to buy ,the system tells me "Connecting to store " but even after waiting for long ,it doesn't connect to the store but when it comes to moves ,the gold bars get redeemed for moves . I've updated the app from play store .Kindly fix it as I've exhausted heeps of Gold Bars

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing purchase issue in your game! Are you trying to spend your Gold bars or the real money?
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of that error message?
When I want to buy, I only see the circling dots, it doesn't fill the store

So I can't use real money, the little wheel just goes round and round trying to connect to the shop. I've got an android phone.

This is what happens
My all starts tournament stopped working, can't connect to shop or see leader board. I was in 1st place with 92000 blue candies.
all of my King games are not connecting to the internet. I have Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda and Blossom Blast and the ability to connect to the internet in order to buy gold, play bonuses like Bake A Cake in Soda, Racing in Candy Crush to earn gold bars, boosting up or earning extra moves. In Blossom Blast there are no daily shovels, watering cans or changing flower colors.
I am having the same issue!
Restarted phone, uninstalled candycrush, cleared cache, logged in logged out, logged in and out of networks, used different wifi - tried everything I am nearly on level 20,000 and 2nd on All Stars comp 2nd round and need to buy bars asap. Never happened in the past 12 years!
