Dear King Support,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account in Candy Crush Saga.
For a long time I used to receive optional ads in the game which helped me earn boosters and extra moves. However, after I made a purchase in the game, the ads feature suddenly disappeared from my account.
This makes no sense to me. A player who makes a purchase should not lose features that were previously available. Instead of improving the experience, it feels like the game is now restricting it.
Because of the removal of ads, it has become much harder to progress in the game. I want a clear explanation as to why this happened and whether this feature can be restored for my account.
Please let me know honestly: should I continue playing this game, or should I simply stop playing Candy Crush Saga forever if this is how paying players are treated?
I expect a proper response and a solution to this issue.
