Why do I not get rewards when I watch ads in Candy Crush?

The purple curtains mean no adverts are available. It was annoying to watch several adverts to the end just to be told that there were no adverts to watch
I don't know if this is was a coincidence or not but I just cleared my app cache, cleared my browsing history and restarted my device. When I next played an advert it worked fine. Maybe I was just lucky.
I get invited to watch an ad for a reward but once it has finished a pair of purple curtains open and I return to the game with no reward. This can happen with any ad

Can you please tell me what is happening after you watch the Ads? Do you see a black screen or the Ad freezes and you had to exit and reopen the game App? Does it happen with all the Ads or only a few? If a few, do you remember the which Ads they are?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
