Why does my game
appearing to play? If there are none to play, how can I unlock the level?
There are a lot of purple and blue ones appearing instead.

You can't solve it until King fix this on their end, I'm afraid @1839007815 .
Here's another case of a level dropping candies of the wrong color @PummyRaj @QueenB . Different level, same issue.
Also, a big kudos to @christinewupp for jumping in and helping out by quickly spotting what was going on 🤩

I’ve now reported this to the game team so they can take a closer look at the level. For now we’ll need to wait for their reply to understand what might be happening here. As soon as I hear back from them, I’ll update you in this thread.

Thank you for showing the screenshot. Please could you check if you are playing the latest update of the game, which is Version 1.323.0.2
Firstly: You cannot pass this faulty version you have, so don't invest any gold, money or boosters on this.
Next I would recommend you go into the Help Centre within your game and alert the King chat bot there. To talk to the chat bot go into settings and the Help Centre. Choose your topic and scroll through the options until you see "chat with us" at the bottom. The chat bot may give you a ticket number for player support, if it does note down the ticket number.
If the chat bot is not of any help and your game is up to date please come back to this community page and let us know which device you are playing on and your King account ID. We could then alert a game expert on Monday to check into your account from here.
This is a unique situation: We have not seen any other players post that they are stuck at this level, so you have a technical fault in your app. Only King can fix this for you, there is nothing you can do.
No yellow or red pieces appear at all. Even though I completed all the green and orange tasks, the yellow and red pieces still don’t show up for me to play.
Hello @mai23 and welcome to the community. It sounds like you have a faulty version of this level. My level 10,308 has red and yellow candies and I do not see any purple or blue. Please could you post a screenshot of your opening board for this level?
