Broken Ads

The Google Gemini ad is broken… you can not close it when it is over. The x is barely visible at the top right corner. There is another the same way. Ad for a game with lot of numbers on a grid .. I can’t remember what the game was.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with some of the Ads in your game!

The best way is to report the Ads to King Player Support team is directly from your game App by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the Account & Help button in the Settings window;
Click on "Help Center" (just below to your game ID number);
Now, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The second option you see will be about "Reporting an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
