I have been trying to tag @QueenB and @PummyRaj about this problem but I think the fact that the question was marked as "answered" stops any help coming through. Please could someone look into this support ticket as there is a fault in this player's account which stops them from progressing with their game. I cannot work out why this is such an isolated case but it needs expert help.
