Why does this one ad not run properly?

as you can see in the photo the upper right corner clearly shows the x to close the ad but I swear the x is so far up I cannot click on it. It looks fine in the photo which I find amusing. I lost my win streak and my super color bomb 🙁 because I had to force close the game. Now I’m afraid to watch ads

thanks for your help. I have tried turning my phone but the x is still out of reach. I’m going to report the the issue.

Yeah! Those Ads are with the invisible/not reachable x are very annoying, isn't it? We watch the Ads for 30 (or 45 seconds) but the reward won't pop-up because of a tiny issue! We can do nothing but quit and reopen the App which causes to lose our streak & special boosters😢 I did experience a few as well!

In one of my King Saga games (which I can play in landscape mode), I tilted the screen horizontally and the X showed up! I would suggest you to try that and see if it works out for you too🤞

But, in general for any Ads that are causing issues or freezing, it is best to report the Ad(s) to King Player Support team directly from your game App by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the Account & Help button in the Settings window;
Click on "Help Center" (just below to your game ID number);
Now, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The second option you see will be about "Reporting an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
