Having been knocked out of the game at least ten times this morning, we're losing the profits.

Hello @SERAFINI there are quite a few ongoing issues that involve the game freezing/crashing and connection issues relating to the in-game Shop.
There are also issues with adverts not being able to be closed causing people to restart their games.
Can you please clarify your 'knocked out' of the game problem and provide screenshots if possible.
