Losing gold bar points due to advertisement

I finished a set and was first to the finish line. It showed that I was to get 35 points, and when I went to watch the add for the additional 6 (+6), the add closed out Candy Crush completely. I did not get the 35 points and was not able to get the additional 10 points for the gold bars.

king customer service emailed me stating the google Gemini ad isn’t kings the responsibility of google

I have had the same thing happen to me, but I usually still collect the 35 gold.

When I watch the two +3 adverts and they cause my game to freeze, or crash when my game restarts there is always an exclamation mark on my Episode Race flag. I click on this and I receive my 35 gold.

Unfortunately if you haven't received any of the gold then all you can do is contact King Player Support using the Help function of your game.
