I paid real money twice, after which the ad-based lives were stopped. Now I am facing another issue — I am not receiving gold coins after completing consecutive levels. Usually when this happens the reason is that players recently made a purchase with real money. Is this the case for you?
There are other reasons. King sometimes remove ads from accounts of players who zoom through many episodes with no problems or who have come to rely on the ads feature in their games to pass levels. King do this to test out if removing ads will persuade these players to spend real money. In that case if you spend no money your ads will probably return after a while.
If you do get the offer of extra moves but find that something goes wrong after watching an ad please show us a screenshot of what you see at that point, or explain in more detail what is not working, thanks.
