i have already qualified for 2 knockout rounds.. it was showing 2 chance round 1 8 hours left then all star event gone what the fuck is happening here?

You are qualified to the second knockout round according to your screenshot. Therefore you should see a countdown timer in your events that counts down the days until the next round. You should also see the All Stars icon as a widget at the top right of the map screen with a "zzz" sleep symbol. If you see those in your game all is in order and you have nothing to worry about. Players who passed the first knockout round do NOT need to play the second chance round.
