Gold Coins not adding

I paid real money twice, after which the ad-based lives were stopped. Now I am facing another issue — I am not receiving gold coins after completing consecutive levels. Earlier, I used to get gold coins after crossing the gate, but now I am not getting any at all. This is causing me to lose interest in the game. Without ad-based lives and without gold coins after completing levels, how are we supposed to continue playing the game?” I will not been able to pay the money, please active ads based game to my account

No problem @QueenB I don't really see the confusion though. Cvkraju has paid for something and now wants their adverts back. Also they aren't getting gold after 'passing the gate'/playing 'consecutive levels'.

@kiara_wael @QueenB it is vital that players posting in Support receive the correct help. The problem is lost adverts and no gold received from the Episode Race. No mention was made of a failed purchase.

Sorry @cvkraju007 it is a well known issue that once you make a purchase then King removes all of your advert features. You will not get them back unless you stop playing your game for a minimum of three months. People usually have to wait a lot longer than the minimum though and sometimes the adverts never come back.

Is the Episode Race still active in your game and you don't receive the gold once you have completed the fifteen levels, or is the Episode Race flag missing completely
