Can't connect to facebook to retrieve my progress to all candy crush games.

I recently reset my mobile and uninstalled all candy crush on my phone. Now I can't connect to facebook to retrieve my saved progress. I already tried to do all the tips, fixes and troubleshooting but still no luck. Any known possible fixes for this error? Thanks!
