Game keeps freezing and I'm losing GOLD bars I paid to continue, then lose them.

Why does my game keep freezing/locking up. I can do nothing except close the game and reopen it, then it tells me I lost that game. TWICE I have paid 10 gold bars to continue, once I WON the game and it locked up and I had to close, went back in and it says I didn't win that board. This is very frustrating and the choice of a lollipop or a disc does not make up for the gold bars and the wins that I have had.

Yes, it is a shame @Mouseketeer but that is probably the best thing for you to do.

Keep an eye on the thread I linked so that you know when the issue has been fixed

Peoples' games freezing is an ongoing issue at the moment @Mouseketeer and King is supposedly investigating the issue. Until they fix it there isn't a lot that you can do to make things easier for yourself other than to stop using your gold whilst the issue is affecting your game.
