I have lost thousands of levels.

I have only just realised I have lost 1000's of levels, since my episode race stopped working in the December I have been playing and not taking any notice of my levels currently on 2411, I thought I have done way more as I have been playing since day one, I found a post I made on here in July 2025 and I had completed over 13,000 levels, now all gone, all the money I spend on boosters in the last few months not realising what had happened, what is going on with this game, it's full of bugs!!!
I am not happy.

Hi, this is exactly what I mean, I have contacted player support 3 times and every time they just send me links to here for help which is impossible, they used to be brilliant at fixing problems now they just fog you off with links to here.
I know what you mean about the higher levels but me personally I don't want to be playing levels I played before and some years ago too as I have played from day 1.

Hi, thank you but I have tried everything you said and I am still on the same level.
Logged in and out and tried different browser nothing helps.
I have contacted player support just like you advised and in the past they have been great, but I have messaged them 3 times and every time all they do is send me links to here for help, which I know is impossible to fix my problem through the community.
I have no other means to contact them than what you mentioned.

This community can't fix it @Tonyuk66 because we are players here like yourself and can only advise. My advice is this:

I am not so sure if it matters what level we play these days. We all get the same events and it's the events that make the game fun for the most part. In fact those higher levels above 13,000 are really tough and you will lose gold bars/real money trying to beat them, whereas levels under 5000 are easier to beat and more enjoyable to play for most players and if you play wisely you can beat them without spending money.

I wonder if it all really matters therefore whether you lost thousands of levels. I deliberately started a new game myself when I reached the highest levels. If it is true you played for months without noticing you lost the levels, then why worry about it?

However if you desperately want to be put back to those high levels then Player Support is the only one who can do this. You need to keep replying to their emails until you get a satisfactory reply.

Make sure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account (the one you originally used to play)
Try logging out of Facebook in the game, then log back in again
If you’re playing on Chrome, try opening the game in a different browser or in an incognito window
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the game

Sometimes the game can load a different or new profile if the login doesn’t sync correctly.

If after trying these steps your progress still isn’t showing correctly, the best next step is to contact Player Support so they can check your account directly.

You can do that from the game:
Go to Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select any topic → scroll down → Contact Us

They’ll be able to look into your account and help restore your correct progress if needed.

Hi I have lost 1000's of levels, I have checked and in August on a post here I was on over 13,000 levels, now I am on 2400 or so, I have messaged King so many time and all I get is links to this community not sure how the community is going to fix this.
Really had enough of King they like taking money hate fixing problems.
I play on a PC through Facebook on Chrome.
