Hello, I want to delete my Facebook. Can I transfer my progress, which is currently connected to Facebook, to a new account?
It’s unfortunate that I deleted my Facebook before logging out.
I don’t know how my progress is still saved (even though the Facebook account has been deleted).
Are there any ways to recover the progress?
Please help.
Hello @Adila78 these are the steps you must follow in order to successfully merge your Facebook account to a King account.
The following is copied from the Help Center
Your Facebook progress will now sync with your King account.
If I have already deleted my Facebook account but my game account is still connected to that Facebook, how can I transfer my progress to a King account
As you can see from the instructions it is important that you log out of your Facebook account before you merge it with a new King account. If you have deleted your Facebook account without first signing out then I am not sure if you can now successfully merge your accounts.
If I log out, all of my progress will be lost.
Signing out of your game doesn't doesn't mean you lose your progress. Signing in and out of your game is no different to you signing in and out of your bank account. You wouldn't expect to lose all of your money every time you signed out of your bank account would you?

Yes, of course… by creating a King account🙂
While creating the King account, please make sure that you use the same email address that was used for your Facebook account! After that, sync both Facebook & King accounts, which will make it easy to transfer your game progress from Facebook to King account.
Are you playing the game on a mobile device? If so, there are instructions & steps given in the "Help Center" of the game App.
