Why did i lose all my progress & go back to level #1 I was in 5 or 6 number level
Was in the 2600 level And went back to level 1 wye

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, there are only 5 digit levels!
About losing your game progress - Usually, when game crashes for an unknown reasons, the game automatically logs us out! Did you make sure that you are logged into the game?
