March 2nd I had a problem login in. Using facebook and King site I start
again, but in a much lower level (672 instead of 7543!!) Ten years playing gone. King support only send standard texts; no real help:(
What can I do?
Hello, I have the same problem, I have lost over 12,000 levels, when I contact King all they do is send standard replies to come here and check the community pages which are no help what so ever, playing for over 16 years King love taking money but hate helping.
Thank you for your answer. I'm glad not to be the only player with this problem.
And yes I asked for help contacting King for 5 (!) times and got only standard replies.

I find it strang that the help desk cannot solve this problem. It must be easy to find
my account in the system. My IP, user name must be there.
But so far ( and after several mails) the result is zero.
Thank you very much for your answer. I already did what you advice; twice I send a message as answer to the automatic mail. Both times no answer (even after 72 hours).
I know my account is stil active; a friend can see it and gives my lives!

I am sorry to hear that you lost your game progress due to the glitch on Facebook!
When you said "King support only send standard texts", I am thinking that you are addressing the emails you received from the King Player Support team, right? If so, you will have send a reply to that automated message you received. Please provide as many details as you can along with the screenshots about the issue in your game! Then, a real agent will contact you and assist with the issue.
Please note that it will take about 72 hours for an agent to contact you after you send your reply.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
