Shop not Loading 13/03 - (Edited by CM: Under Investigation)!

Thanks a lot for taking the time to report this! We can see multiple players experiencing issues with the Shop not loading, and we understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re trying to make a purchase.

The issue has been flagged and shared with the team, and we’re currently looking into it.

🔧 In the meantime, please try the following:

Restart your device
Make sure your game is updated to the latest version
Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)

If the issue continues after trying these steps, please hang tight while we investigate further.

We’ll keep this thread updated as soon as we have more information to share.

I am having the same issue!

Restarted phone, uninstalled candycrush, cleared cache, logged in logged out, logged in and out of networks, used different wifi - tried everything I am nearly on level 20,000 and 2nd on All Stars comp 2nd round and need to buy bars asap. Never happened in the past 12 years!

all of my King games are not connecting to the internet. I have Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda and Blossom Blast and the ability to connect to the internet in order to buy gold, play bonuses like Bake A Cake in Soda, Racing in Candy Crush to earn gold bars, boosting up or earning extra moves. In Blossom Blast there are no daily shovels, watering cans or changing flower colors.

So I can't use real money, the little wheel just goes round and round trying to connect to the shop. I've got an android phone.

Thanks for reporting this. Just so we can understand what’s happening, could you tell us a bit more about the issue?

For example:

Are you trying to buy something with real money, or use your gold bars in the game (like buying extra moves or boosters)?
What exactly happens when you try to make the purchase?
Do you see any error message?
Which device are you playing on (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc.)?

If possible, a screenshot of what you see when the purchase fails would also really help.

Once we know a bit more about what’s happening, we’ll be able to guide you better 👍

Hi I can't buy in app purchases anymore. I've tried logging out and back in. Not sure what to do.

I can't take a picture because the store doesn't load either. I only see the dots as what doesn't load. I want money for gold bars. I have no problem playing Farm Heroes

When I want to buy, I only see the circling dots, it doesn't fill the store

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing purchase issue in your game! Are you trying to spend your Gold bars or the real money?

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of that error message?

Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version

Even though ive not had a problem in the past, I'm having problems buying golden bricks with my debit card. I havent changed anything and ive updated the game.

I cant buy anything from the shop either.

Please reach out to them through your game by tapping the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of your issue, scroll all the way down and select “Chat With Us.”

They’ll be able to check your account and make things right.

Hi ,I'm using a Redmi Note10 mobile and currently playing on 18700+stage ,it's been recently that I can use the gold bars for moves but can't buy boosters with them.Each time I try to buy ,the system tells me "Connecting to store " but even after waiting for long ,it doesn't connect to the store but when it comes to moves ,the gold bars get redeemed for moves . I've updated the app from play store .Kindly fix it as I've exhausted heeps of Gold Bars

Close all apps and restart your device:
- On most phones, press your phone's Power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts.
  You may need to tap Restart > Restart.
Check and update your Android version and the game app
Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
Sync your device with Google servers:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap System Date & Time.
- Turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
- Change the date and time to be incorrect.
- Turn on Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

My all starts tournament stopped working, can't connect to shop or see leader board. I was in 1st place with 92000 blue candies.
