Hi everyone,

We’re aware that some players who play on Facebook are currently seeing their game reset to Level 1, even though their progress is correct on other devices.

We’ve reported this to the Studio and it’s now under investigation.

If you’re affected, please:

Confirm you’re logged into the correct Facebook account
Let us know if your progress still shows correctly on mobile (if you have it installed)

We’ll keep all updates here and share news as soon as we have it.

My logged os correct and my account continues on level 1 😏

In the other phone im pass de level 5000.

Hello @catia_88 I am sorry but there is currently an ongoing issue with Facebook that has yet to be resolved by King.

Mudei de telemóvel e não consigo entrar na minha conta do candy crush. Já ía no nível 5000 e qualquer coisa e fiz sempre o login através do Facebook. Agora não vos fazer o login, dá sempre erro. Se tento entrar com o email volto ao nível 1 😏. Alguém me pode ajudar por favor?

HHi. I'm just a player. Not a moderator. Just a suggestion. Make sure your app is updated. Also go to your settings on your device and go to the app. Go to storage and clear your CACHE ONLY. Hi guys, for those of you who play this game through Facebook, if you haven't checked your game out today, Facebook did an update yesterday so if it was a Facebook glitch, they fixed it!

@Nancy_Savusa guess you got your Facebook update yesterday since the game is now working for you.

For those of you who play this game on both Windows 11 and mobile, I suggest that you not only update your Facebook, but also make sure that you update this game and it should now be working!

@QueenB I just noticed a post in Pet Rescue having the same issue as here in Saga. It most definitely has to be a Facebook glitch! Do you know if the studio has contacted Facebook yet?

Why are you guys still playing this game on Facebook? Years ago, I also played with Facebook. We would load the game from the Facebook website. Three times that I can recall the glitch that you guys are seeing turned out to be a Facebook glitch and not a game glitch. I remember it being reported and the studio checked their coding and realized that there was nothing wrong with the game. They contacted Facebook and it turned out to be a Facebook glitch. Once Facebook upgraded their end the glitch disappeared. That's when I created a King account. You can create a King account by following the directions from HERE. I play this game on my desktop via Windows 11. You would have to go to the Microsoft store and install the game from there. On mobile, you can just go to the Apple, Android, etc. stores and upload the game from there. There is also a way to sync your King and Facebook accounts so that it brings you to your current level. Follow the directions from HERE to sync them.

For me, I've got the same issue. Many times, I've complete the first inscription with the King account and tried to use the Facebook account when i played. And I always go back to level 1.

Now, i prefer to keep the King account, i played on mobile Phone.

I would like to know what's the difference between the gameplay when you play on Phone, or on PC, And between King account or Facebook account.

I am having the same problem every time I open my game on Facebook, and I have learned that if you open the game and then refresh the page, the level you are at shows ,but you lose a life. I have been doing this for a while now. Needs to be fixed.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
