This game keeps freezing every time I play a game. It has been happening all day?
If your game is freezing, try these steps:
Restart your device and close background appsUpdate your game and device softwareEnsure at least 2GB of free spaceCheck your internet connectionReinstall the game after backing up progress
If the problem continues, you can ask to speak to a customer representative agent.
Hello @Lissa5 I think you might have misunderstood how this forum works. No one here can look into, or fix anything for you. This forum is just a fan site, so everyone here is just an ordinary member of the public just like you are.
No one here that comments on your posts works for King. As explained in the other comments if you would like someone to investigate your game then you will need to contact King Player Support using the Help function of your game
Also as previously mentioned, and as you can read about using the linked thread, King are already trying to fix the freezing issue, so all we can do is wait until they fix it.
This is the 3rd day the game keeps freezing. I have tried to play on 3 different devices and they all freeze. Please look into this and fix.
Hello @Lissa5 and @Bentehm there is currently an ongoing freezing/crashing issue that has already been reported to King. It is more than likely you are suffering from this same problem.
Unfortunately King have not yet come up with a solution and all you can do at the moment is report the problem directly to King Player Support using the Help function of your game.
I have the same annoying problem. Today it’s been happening all the time, and I’ve lost several boosters and lives. I tried closing the app, I did the update weeks ago, and I’ve been looking for new updates, since the problem keeps appearing. I have an Iphone 17pro, iOS 26.3.1, and plenty of memory. Please fix the problem!

Please remember not to suggest to “reinstall” the game(s) to the players!
Unknowingly if anybody follows your suggestion, they will come back and report on us that we have advised them to delete the App, which caused to lose boosters in their game!! As @QueenB already suggested before, can you kindly leave the “trouble shooting” questions to the Moderators and Community In-charge team?

I am sorry to say I did not understand part of your question! You said “this game keeps freezing every time I play a game” — are you saying your Candy Crush Saga game is freezing each time you play a level?
If you said yes, is it a particular level that has been freezing? If so, which level? Can you provide a screenshot of the game board if that level? Which device are you using to play the game.
Please provide these details for now to discuss further!
