my little one accidentally deleted the app. I was nearly up to level 3000.
Did you have your game saved using a King email account or Facebook @ishyas1 ? In that case you should easily get it back on this screen in the app:
Choose either the "continue with Facebook/Apple" option or the bottom one "already have a King account Log in with Email " option. To access this screen choose "retrieve my progress" on the loading page or "my account" in Settings in the game.
If this is no good please post your question in the Support Forum or ask the chat bot in the app for help.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
