I was ranked first in the previous rounds of the competition, and I was also ranked first after today's competition ended, but the window is showing this. Do other players who are ranked first also see this?
I've read it, but it was evident that the app showed you the wrong pop-up message. The game is full of glitches.
If you are seeing the same as I see, then you will start to play the final knockout round as normal on Thursday. Anyone who sees the widget in the top right corner asleep (zzzz) as seen in my screenshot and sees the countdown clock in their events folder is fine.

Read the first screenshot,then you understand why we afraid that we are not thru!
If you are seeing the same thing I don't see your problem. You wouldn't see the countdown to the next round unless you are qualified to take part.
That means you're qualified and will take place in the next round. What's the problem?
We dont have that yellow qualified stripe there, still we won our group phase and thatswhy we imagine that bug or something

I put so much effort and my time on that tournament and then it just said ouch you are not thru to final knockouts,its really wrong i think and i dont cheat i just play like crazy and use my time on this tournament to get maybe in final 10 and live final!

Like that it not read like you are qualified,it just read next round starts 3 days for now.
I contacted customer service, and they said they would get back to me after checking.

Sorry but no. I won the round and I now see a countdown clock to the next round. This pop-up states you did not qualify. Did you by any chance take a screenshot of the leaderboard showing you at the top?
