URGENT: Finalist from Italy - Visa Priority Process Started (Action Required by April 8th)

@Lynsday_rebecca I don't know if I should attempt to answer your actual question as I don't want to give you false hope.

First of all the rules state that to be eligible to play in All Stars you need to be 'normally resident' in one of the participating countries. Obviously you are a resident of Italy, so this qualifies you to play.

The rest of the wording of the rules is all about proof of identity and travel documents, which you seem to already have understood as you are applying for the correct travel documents.

You should note that as an Ivory Coast passport holder you will need proof of Italian residency as your passport classes you as an Ivorian citizen.

The tricky bit is the 8th April section of the rules

6.3.2. strictly by 8 April 2026, both the Participant and their Guest must hold a valid identity document with at least six months’ validity as of 1 May 2026. This may include a passport, driver’s licence, national identity card, and any required visa or other government authorisation needed to travel to and attend the Live Final;

On the face of it the wording 'strictly by 8th April… and any required visa needed for travel' would seem to exclude you from the competition.

I don't think it is as simple as that though due in part to the complexity of the rules.

You will receive a contact form at the end of the Final Knockouts Round 3

6.3.1. they must complete an in-game contact form for themselves. This form requires first name, last name, phone number, email address, and address, as well as answers to additional questions about the Live Final and confirmation that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in section 3.1. The form must be completed between the end of the Tournament and the deadline notified by King in writing. Completing the in-game contact form is required in order to take part in the Live Final;

The form though just asks for basic information and confirmation that you are an eligible participant and no mention of travel status.

This bit of the rules is what gives me hope that people like you that need to apply for a visa have a bit longer than the 8th April

📅 7 April – 8 April 2026

Only after this stage finishes, and once the vetting process is completed, will the final players be confirmed and contacted directly by the All Stars team.

So at this point, no players have been officially confirmed as finalists yet.

For the most accurate information, I recommend keeping an eye on the Official Rules / Terms & Conditions and any in-game communication, these will always reflect the latest status.

I can't answer the visa question as I don't work for King, maybe QueenB can. In 2025 all players from South America faced exactly the same dilemma and King never answered those questions then, so I'm not being hopeful it will be answered.

Thank you for your reply. I apologize if my previous message was unclear; I am well aware that the tournament is still ongoing and that I have 3 more rounds to complete. I used the word "finalist" as a general term regarding the requirements for those who will eventually reach that stage.

My concern is specifically about the "small print" in the Terms & Conditions (Section 6.3.2), which states that participants must hold a valid visa "strictly by 8 April 2026". Since the final round ends on that exact day, many of us are confused: how can someone already hold a visa if they haven't been officially invited or vetted yet? I wanted to understand if this rule is a "hard deadline" or if the visa process actually starts AFTER the final players are confirmed on April 8th.

I have seen other players as confused as I am on this topic, so any official clarification would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to everyone for the next rounds.

Here is my view on what players need to do to stand a chance to actually win the ticket to London:

You will have to save all your multiplier tokens for the final knockout rounds . Anyone using any of their tokens in the first three rounds stands no chance of winning*
You will have to be able to crush at a speed of three to four episodes per hour during the final knockout rounds
You will have to be able to crush non-stop for 24 hours from 7th-8th April
You will also need a lot of luck

Here is why even if you are fast enough and clever enough you will need a lot of luck:

There are probably 10 million or more participants.

There are only 10 places at the live finals.

This means that 9,999,990 players will fail to win any money at all.

So please bear this in mind before you spend any money!

Final Knockout rounds 1, 2 and 3

If you make it to the final knockout rounds: Well done!

Note that you will have to get first place in each one of these rounds, one after the other. This is a huge step up of difficulty from the first three rounds.
Set a spending budget and stick to it. Don't spend any money during the round itself: If your budget wasn't enough you cannot win!
Be aware that around a million players reach the first final knockout round every year. You are not "almost there" at this point

I would like to apologize for my previous post. I made a mistake in translation: I am not a confirmed finalist yet, I am currently competing in the final knockout rounds and I have 3 rounds left to go! I got confused by the terminology…

However, I am concerned about Clause 6.3.2 of the Terms & Conditions, which mentions that participants must hold any required visa "strictly by 8 April 2026". >

Since the final players will only be confirmed after Round 3 , could you please clarify if we only need to have a valid Passport by that date, or if we actually need the UK Visa stamped by then? Thank you for your patience and for clarifying this "small print"!

In my opinion anyone that is in the Final Knockouts can be loosely termed a finalist. In this instance the word finalist is just a loose term for being in the final stages of the competition and not a sign that someone thinks they are playing in the actual final round

It is plain that Lyndsay knows they aren't in the actual final because they have mentioned the 'final in London' and the June dates.

I have some bad news for you:

You are not a finalist!

The last round is not until April the 7th.

Please carefully read the information in the thread I link below. There are another three rounds to go, that you will have to win to get to become a finalist. You will not need a visa unless you beat all the other players still in this competition. Please don't waste money on a visa: There are a million players yet playing the next round. Only ten will get an invite to go to the live finals.

I am so, so sorry you thought you had won and that I had to inform you about your error. All Stars is such a big competition and there are so many millions of players competing. Please don't be upset about it.

It's important always to read all the rules of tournaments such as this and especially if there is a real cash prize. It's never easy to win money. So always be on the look-out to read all the small print.
