All Stars 2026 - user email wrong

Question

I am currently competing in the Candy Crush All Stars 2026 tournament, but i have a serious issue: my email was typed wrong and i have forgotten my password. Since the Final are about to start i opened a ticket some days ago -  so can I have some agent help?

I have already did it on monday March 23th.  and I also have a ticket 16446608, i am  waiting for an agent. i really appreciate your help. :)
