Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

A previous Booster Wheel issue was fixed, but I can see that some players are still reporting unusual timers, so I’m continuing to monitor new cases.
If your Booster Wheel is still not working, please first:
If you recently changed your device time manually, or traveled across time zones, please set your device date and time to automatic, restart the game, and check again after the next local midnight.

I’ve checked with the team and we can confirm that there is an issue affecting the Booster Wheel, which is why some of you are seeing the timer stuck or not being able to spin.
The team is already working on a fix, and we’re pushing to have this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there isn’t anything specific you need to do on your side, just make sure your game is updated when a new version becomes available.
I really appreciate you flagging this quickly and helping us track it down. I’ll keep this thread updated as soon as I have more news.
If you aren’t playing daily try just save boosters from the cinema watch for a few days to give you something to use.
I also have had the problem for months. Wish they’d figure out a good fix.

Mine hasn't worked for the 2 months, they really need to update the boosters anyways, but it would be really nice if it worked! Why is it taking so long to fix this??
Just checking in to say, my Booster Wheel on the PC still is not working, since late February. It has always worked on the phone app, but my booster stash is not carried over to the phone app from the PC, so I've not been playing as much.
On the PC, the time left until the next booster varies, it must be random. My booster stash is dwindling, so I hardly ever use one, so I hardly ever pass hard levels on the PC. I'm at level 5237 now.
I saw that someone else is having problems with the Daily Treat Machine, but that has always worked for me on both PC and phone. But I'd rather have the Booster Wheel work.

@QueenB My Booster Wheel is working but my Daily Treat Machine didn’t work for the 2nd time. It also starts at 1:00am instead of midnight.

The booster wheel in my Facebook game on a Windows PC is always stuck at some hour in the future that never arrives. Like it's always x hours away from my next booster. But when I log in hours later, the booster wheel is again reset to hours away.
My booster wheel no longer works on the PC, no matter which browser I switch to. Hasn't worked on the PC since late February. It works on my phone app. But I'm not going to spend much time on that, squinting and trying to like it.

If you want to check for updates you need to do it through your device’s app store. Here’s how:
1. Open the app store on your device
2. Search for “Candy Crush Saga.”
3. If you see an “Update” button, tap it to install the latest version of the game.
If you only see “Open”, it usually means your game is already updated to the latest version available for your device.
After updating, restart the game and check again to see if the feature is working.

About the All Stars music, I’m not sure I fully understand the issue yet. Do you mean that:
• You can’t hear any music at all, or • The music went back to the regular Candy Crush Saga music instead of the All Stars soundtrack?
To help us check this, could you let me know which music you are hearing in the game right now?
You can also listen to the All Stars 2026 playlist here to compare the tracks:
If you can tell me which track sounds closest to what you hear in the game, that will help us figure out if the All Stars music is playing or not.

Hi @Carol-38, Yes, I saw it and I replied to it HERE, maybe the tag never made it…. but just so you are aware, I've passed on your details to the team that it did not work for your game and I have already reported to the team about the Booster Wheel timer not matching so this could be related somehow but let's see what they say.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
