Question

Why is the arrow button gone? My game just glitched and closed unexpectedly. Then I saw a screen that said here is a gift because your screen closed unexpectedly and it gave me two options to choose from. Now my game is playing extremely slow and I cannot crush at the same rate. Can someone please fix this?

Hello @CrushinRussian We cannot fix your game because we are just players of the game, just like yourself.

I don't think the slow speed is due to the speed button being off, to be honest. I have also found the game change speed unexpectedly, especially on the older devices, recently. Try to close the app and reboot your device and then reopen the app. Close all other programmes and apps that run in the background and check your device has enough memory. Candy Crush uses a huge amount of data now.

The speed button has moved: It can now be accessed when you are within a level: To check for it press the settings button (cogwheel) at the left bottom side while playing. You should see this:

You can go back to your level by clicking on the X.

king community can you please fix the missing button? I have logged in and logged out.  my phone. This is extremely frustrating!
