I'm on level 18253 and it won't move up to complete the level, the bear is sitting in the bubble waiting to go up to the next area of the level - I've only gotten 4 out of 9 bears over the candy line - WTF

So that means I'll LOSE ALL my progress - this really sucks - and I can't reach the player support in the middle of the game - WTF

Please, try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed! If this keeps happening, please report this issue to our Player Support team as they are actively collecting reports like yours in order to be able to flag this to the developers.
You can reach them by opening the game app and go to: Settings (⚙️) → Account & Help → Help Center and select your topic → scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us"
