The reason for this could be that sometimes King has to modify parts of their games (including prices) to make sure that the game is balanced for everyone. This may include more or less moves for certain levels if they find out that the level or levels are too easy or too hard. If you are stuck, try using some of your boosters (depending on which boosters are allowed for a certain level type). Take advantage of the daily booster wheel, sugar track, or other events that offer free boosters. These can be a tremendous help if you are stuck on some tricky levels. Just keeps in mind that King designs their levels in a way that makes them winnable without purchasing anything, or even without boosters.
