We’ve now confirmed that there is an issue affecting progress syncing between devices after the latest level release. This can also impact things like events and competitions not updating correctly.

Syncing issues still occur, unfortunately. Windows is at 21905 and Android Phone at 21846

Game ID: 1197737427

I play on Windows and Android (Phone). Only the former device shows the correct current level at 21905 (The new levels were played on that device). The latter device shows crowns on all new levels but avatar is stuck at 21846.

My game ID is 1197737427

I use a King account.

Internet connection is good, never playing offline and everything else do sync only the level progress and Weekly Contest doesn't sync as expected.

issue is not Fixed. As of today still no syncing phone to iPad also

Thursday - still not syncing on all devices- just passed a level, but other devices won’t move up to that level! Please fix!!

I got your post that syncing issue was fixed but it's not. Still showing starting level on one device and 5 levels up on the other. Both are android, phone and tablet. I restarted phone, cleared cache, no help.

Right now, there’s a problem affecting level progress syncing, and this can also impact features like Weekly Progress, Episode Race, and other events not updating or appearing correctly.

For some reason, I was unable to participate in the Weekly Progress until I passed ten levels from 21851 to 21861. I achieved that and have now passed three additional levels. The three levels 21861-21863 not being recognized in the Weekly progress challenge.

The Episode Race has also disappeared (again).

The Power Ball no longer is offered.

I checked the updates, it has the latest; I restarted, I have 3 devices, all are good. Been playing on them for quite a while with no problem. Just started with the new levels added today, 21846. Game won't advance, the color bomb race game won't add collections as it should, nor the baker's box.

Please be aware that boosters are stored locally on your device and will not transfer to your new device. However, you can still use the boosters on your old device if you can still play the game on that device.

Hi team, I’ve been playing candy crash for more then 10 years on my iPhone 11 now I have a new iPhone 17 and I want to transfer my progress to the other iPhone. I saved my progress to may email account and tried to sign in with it on my new iPhone unfortunately no progress has been transferred.

Is your account on Facebook or King?
Do you have a stable Internet connection? Have you been playing offline?

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Since multiple players are experiencing this issue, it could also be related to Facebook if you play on that platform. Have you searched our Help Center for other suggestions regarding syncing issues?

Also experiencing this. Windows is at 21905 while Android is stuck at 21876 but crowns appear to all new levels as well, and Star Tournament not only works but none of the levels appear to be added to Weekly Contest, staying frozen at 0 points.

Got to level 21850 on iPad and ran out of life. Switched to phone and still at 21846. Restarted and repowered both devices. No help
