Ads not coming in game..

Question

I have been having this issue ever since I reinstalled candy crush again recently and lemme get into the point that whenever I loose a level and dont have any gold bars on me (I don't purchase them btw I earn them from races) , I don't get any ads for extra moves and booster and it's really annoying now I don't get any sort of ad for boosters and extra moves when I have a strong wifi connection. I also tried everything - restarted my phone , reinstalled and installed it again , logged out and login back , cleared cache and data litteraly everything and in my settings every permission and terms and conditions are enabled so I would appreciate if anyone would help me sort this issue out

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
