Yeti's Draw: Can't collect ticket, and can't scratch tickets - Edited by CM: Under Investigation!

Hi,

I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore.

Where did they go ?

I won all the 25 tickets in yati’s draw and i kept scratching the tickets after the time passed I didn’t win the gold after i won 25 tickets what’s wrong then he told me another player won !!!
