I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore.
Where did they go ?

happens frequently across multiple games, gold bars, different prizes, things just seem to disappear for no good reason when you have reached high levels; and not been able to get any successful resolution

Thanks for your patience while we’ve been looking into the recent Yeti’s Draw reports.
We’ve identified the issue and the team is actively working on it. This can affect both collecting the final ticket and the scratch screen experience.
We know this is frustrating, especially when you’re so close to the reward, and we’re doing our best to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
We’ll share another update here as soon as we have more news or confirmation that everything is fully working again.
What you can do now
If you believe you’re missing a ticket or your scratch screen is stuck, please contact Support through the game:
Settings → Account & Help → Help Center → select a topic → Contact Us
Make sure to include your Game ID and, if possible, a screenshot. This really helps them investigate properly.

No. the page isn't freezing up, everything is still moving, but like everyone else is reporting, clicking on the start button doesn't do anything . So We can't close the page and move on to the game.
@QueenB I and others have reported an issue with yeti draw. When you log into the game yeti comes up and say start now. You press the start now and nothing happens the screen is frozen and will not let you go any further in the game no matter how many times you press start it will not go to the map. We are stuck on yeti. I see a few people have gotten links to scratching yeti thats not. the issue. If post are being read correctly maybe we would stop getting these incorrect responses. @QueenB we cannot play on Facebook.
Are you saying it freezes for you and won't let you get into your game. There are a few posts from others saying that @TransportationSpec.
I know the fact that tickets can't be collected and/or scratched has been reported, not sure if a Moderator has picked up on it freezing.

The button hasn't worked at all for me. Just stuck on that screen. I have to refresh just to get out of it until it pops up again.

I reached 24/25 on the lottery tickets and they stopped appearing on the levels
I have 14 Ticket, played more than 100 games, used 100 gold bars but didn't received 15 Tic

I’m having the same issue. I’m stuck at 14 tickets
I have completed all the levels to earn tickets and yet it shows only 12/15 collected and also there no extra tickets in further levels to collect
The problem will be sorted out as soon as possible. Be patient
Of course not working they can’t even get past problems fixed then come out with another one not working pass a level get a ticket they say well I have passes 3 levels with ticket sticks yet ticket does not pop up or show to scratch another false game

there is a new prizes package for garthering 15 tickets and you should get the 250 gold bars currently I have gained 14 tickets but there is not upcoming tickets in the upcoming episodes so I can gather that.

Hi! I'm experiencing an issue with the Yeti’s Draw event.
I currently have 13 out of 15 tickets, but I have already passed more than 30 levels and I'm not receiving any additional tickets. The progress seems to be stuck, and there’s no indication of how to obtain the remaining ones.
This feels unfair, since the event suggests that passing levels should grant more tickets, but that is not happening anymore.
Could you please check if this is a bug or explain how I can earn the remaining tickets before the event ends? I had spent a lot of money/tine trying to reaching out the big price!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
