there is a real problem with updating the levels after finishing the level 21875 the play icon remains in 21846 every time need to come out of game and again restart new level. Not as expected too frustrating to play
If I play and complete the level avatar is moving but I already used enenough gold bars to reach level 21891 again to move come to that level I have to use another 350 gold bars instead support can fix my issue to move avatar to the current level of my play
Hi @sruthishiva I am not too sure what you mean. Did you complete level 21849 as I suggested and did that work to get your avatar to move from level 21846?
Hi .. I used almost 350 gold bars and reached 21891 level again .. if king support can fix sync issue that should resolve my issue I guess
Hello @sruthishiva from your screenshots it looks like your avatar is stuck due to an issue with your level complete status.
None of your levels after 21846 have any stars which doesn't seem right to me.
The biggest issue though is level 21849 doesn't look like it has been completed at all.
Please play and complete level 21849 again and see if this fixes your avatar issue.
