No “X” button, no “Next” button, and no ways to get rid of it. Could it be that pressing the buttons too quickly caused this?

Hello @Debtart I am just wondering if you are skipping the animations after you have completed a level.

My game has also frozen three times recently and each time it was whilst I was trying to quickly skip the level complete screen.

All I can suggest is after the 'tap to skip' screen appears do not skip the remaining animations until King has fixed the ongoing crashing issue.

Please try the following steps carefully:

• Log out of the game completely
• Close the app
• Restart your device
• Open the app again and log in using the same login method and email address that was originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or email)
• Once logged in, stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync properly

I’m new to posting hopefully I’m in the right area! My problem is the while playing the game on my iPhone 15 pro max the game will randomly freeze at the end of a level. I have to shut down and restart my phone. Never know when this is gonna happen the last time I played 7 levels game froze restart and then after 3 levels yep it froze again! I have reached out to support done what they said and now I need to record myself playing. Ok not to bad right well I moved onto to the final round and I afraid it’s gonna happen while playing which it did during the tournament already errrr any ideas.

anyone else having issues with the game crashing. My game crashes at the completion of the level. I don’t lose my progress but it’s aggravating. Playing on iPhone 16 pro max iOS version 26.3.1
