Episode Race Screen

Question

I can't get off the screen once the episode race appears. I tried everything even restarted my phone and shut it off. Any help is appreciated

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Episode Race feature in your game!

As one of the players mentioned in one your other threads, you have received a new version of Episode Race!  I wonder if the feature itself is glitchy🤔  Let me report it to our Community In-charge team!

But, with regards to the issue, one of our Game Experts was helping you in your other question —> HERE!  I would recommend you to keep in touch with them and update the situation in your game in that thread itself (click on that Green "Here" to open your previous question)!

I will close this thread considering it as a Duplicate thread!  It will be better to discuss in a single thread to follow-up with the Game Experts!

Please try this stesp

1️⃣ Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.

2️⃣ Close the game completely and reopen it.

3️⃣ If it still doesn’t connect, try restarting your device.

If none of that helps, please reach out to Player Support through your game:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ → Account & Help → ? Help Center → Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

This way our Player Support Team will assist
