How to recover progress

Question

I switched phones today and the game is trying to restart me at level 1 when I'm on level like 3500. When I put in my email and password it opens up a different account that's not even me. How do I recover my account progress. Please anyone that can help lmk.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
