Episode Race and candy Royal Issues

Question

Right Now candy royal is going for me for 21 levels and in the process i have completed the episode race and came in first but didn't got the 40 gold bars and got struck then just as I am about to complete the candy royal right after finishing 19th or so of 21 levels it says I didn't pass level and stopped the candy royal also where I am about to get 170+ bars... can someone one help me with checking these 2 and add bars to my account

The only people that can help you @Narasinga_Rao is Player Support. No one here can look at your game history to check your gold bars, or add gold bars to your game.

You should note that unless you completed all 21 levels of the Royale on the first attempt it is highly unlikely that Player Support will give you the 170 gold bars.

I won my race too and was to get 40 bars and never got them either.
