Question

I logged out of my candy crush and when i logged back in my level was not restored. How can i solve this issue? I was aprox at 12700 level. Please find my account ID attached.

Since your progress wasn’t restored after logging back in, let’s double check a couple of things first:

* Are you logged in with the same account (email/Facebook/King account) you used before?

Sometimes progress appears missing if the game is connected to a different account by mistake.
* Try restarting your device and opening the game again, just to refresh the connection.
