Why the kings account keeps on redirecting me to my email for confirmation I don't understand and mind you it's not sending confirmation link to my mail. Someone help.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
