I am sorry, I did not understand what you meant by Candy Royale not showing up after you level up! It will help us to understand if you could explain a bit by providing more details!
And with regards to the available events - Not all players receive all events at the same time! Can you show a screenshot of your game map for us to see which events you have right now?
