LOOSING OUT ...

i have cleared my cache ~ ive made sure the game has any/all updates ~ ive restarted/shut down/force stop ~ making sure i have enough free space and still not getting my gold bars (chocolate boxes) - extra moves/help/boosters while clearing a board or not clearing a board …

i have NO idea as to what else i need to do … im getting really pissed because its haulting me from moving forward onto the next level …

can someone please help me out with this and give me some suggestions cause im about ready to just stop playing all 2gether …

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

If these steps do not solve your problem with video ads, let us know.

Hi @TPane and sorry you're still struggling.

From your messages, it sounds like the game is sometimes not giving you the full extra help options after a level, or it starts to load them and then cuts out, which means you miss the extra moves, boosters, or even lose Gold Bars and your streak. I can understand why that would be really frustrating.

Just so we can better understand exactly what is failing for you, could you tell us this part:

Are you seeing the extra moves / help option, but it does not load properly?
Or are those options not appearing at all after you fail a level?
And when you mention Gold Bars, do you mean they are being taken but you do not receive the extra moves?

If you can, a screenshot the next time it happens would also help a lot. That way we can get a clearer look at what part is going wrong.

You can't fix any feature of the game yourself and generally speaking if a feature of the game isn't working as expected then only King can fix whatever is wrong.

When you say you are cut-off from receiving all extra moves do you mean that you aren't getting any adverts, or do you mean that you aren't getting adverts and the moves you can obtain using gold?

Your issue has supposedly been fixed but King is renowned for not fixing issues even when they say they have.

why am i not receiving all of my extra help options when not clearing a board … very frustrating especially when i only have 3 to 4 tiles to clear …

i always accept the choice to watch the videos ~ whether its for only extra moves or extra moves with a booster … buuut as of lately ~ i get cut off from receiving all extra moves …

can someone please explain this to me and what can i do to fix this …

thank you for getting back to me ~ i aappreciate your response and suggestions … i am going to take all of your suggestions into consideration and give em a try for this getting to frustrating for me … it's now happening every time i play …

when i failed in clearing the board and granted extra moves and boosters ~ i accept but not receiving… i loose out on my chance of now clearing the board and moving on to the next level … this also has me loosing and/or bouncing out on my winning streak …

can someone tell me why this is happening ???

when receiving extra help after a loosing round ~ i will accept and get prompted to watch the vidoes … videos will not load and i loose the extra help boosters and unable to clear the board … this is frusting when all you need is to clear 5 tiles to move on to the next level …

any idea as to why this is happening … its far too often and im loosing out on proceeding…

additionally ~ this also happens when accepting a streak challenge and then i loose all of my gold bars and bounced out … WTF !!!
