I am on episode 6575, the booster wheel is not working, the Daily treat wheel is not working, I play and get 8 levels im a row and no Egg. What is going on?

@poohbearq My Daily Treat Machine hasn’t worked in the last 2 days. I got a hold of support. I think the egg is gone.

Can you please explain a bit more what you meant by the Booster wheel and Daily Treat machine are not working? What happens when you click on those?
When you said "Egg" - you are referring to the Win streak special pop-up reward, right? I wonder if that feature is not available to you anymore as it was sent to some other players! In King Saga games, it is common that the features keep shuffling between groups of players! It has been almost a year since I had the Egg in my Win-streak! Please do not worry, as I am sure that, it will reappear in your game again in near future!
If you can provide more details about the Booster wheel and the Treat machine, it will help us to understand the issue!
