Does anyone have any idea why this might happen.
I have an active Super Colour Bomb.
But on the previous level the Colour Bombs were just normal instead of being Super.
Do King stop the SCB working on the 'Season' levels?
Exactly. You have to watch if the popup is present, as the double color bomb is an event feature. I have played All Stars rounds under a double color bomb, and without a double color bomb in some levels because I was offline.
No, I don't remember this happening in my game @Alienscar . There were a couple of times when I thought I was missing a supercharger, but it always turned out that there were more color bombs hidden on the board somewhere. I've had a problem with starting boosters not being added to the board at all, but somehow it sorted itself out for now.

No pop-up and actually this isn't the first time this has happened. Has this never happened in your game?
I should take more notice to be honest as the other times this has happened I can't remember now if it was always the last level of an Episode, during a 'season' or on a level with a locked boosters.
My supercharger works on those levels, so it's probably due to poor coding, as usual.
Was there a pop-up at the start of the level that could have messed things up?
