Hey Staff at King :))
I recently won a first tier royale (17 bars) but the pop-up, “connection issue, do not restart your game” froze the screen and did not give me bars. Please help! And thanks :))
Hello @thejazzcat117 there is no 'staff at King' here sorry. This forum is just a fan site, so no one here can access your game account in any way.
That said, there is nothing that can be done to help you anyway as King will not replace the gold that you didn't win.
Your only option is to contact King Player Support, but they generally do not replace items that you lost if you just obtained them by playing the game. Also King will just blame your internet due to the 'connection' issue as the cause of your issue
