When I watch adv to gain lives or extra moves, the game crashes, just at the end of it 😕 Anyone else with this problem?

It crashes when watching any AD videos, not one in particular. The storage is ok, I have space. I usually play on my Phone, an Android.
I don't know why it's happening... I've never had problems like these. Hope it will be ok soon, I love Candy Crush 🥰 And thank you for your reply.

Is it the same Ad that keeps crashing or any Ad video that comes up has been freezing? Did you make sure that there is enough storage space on your device?
Which device are you using? Did you install the latest App version of the game as well as latest software on your device?
