Hello-
twice now I have been mid game and taken a phone call. When I returned, I’ve been locked out of Royale and lost my super charged bomb. Most recently was about ten minutes ago.
This is disappointing.

Thanks for sharing this and I understand how frustrating that must feel, especially losing your Super Charged Color Bomb like that.
On some devices, the game may restart in the background instead of staying paused. When that happens, the current session can be lost.
This can depend on things like how many apps are running or how the device manages memory in the background.
A few things that may help reduce this happening:

I understand your concern as your level closing after putting a game in the background and I will provide you with more details on this.
Every device has a limit of how many apps it can operate at the same time, as well as battery saving configurations. That means that when you put the game in the background to do something else, such as answering a call, or a message, the device usually closes the app data usage automatically, but leaves the app idle until you open it again.
Unfortunately, when the device does that, the level you were playing is taken as a failure precisely because the data was closed, and then restarts.
