My Backer's Box disappeared after upgrade again. I still had 3 more days to compete it.
And support is sending me bs emails about my connection and event ending .
I will NEVER upgrade game to new version before finishing event.

Because this is already happened to me before, (my apps are not automatically updated) before i went to update the app, I take all screenshots of my progres and all boosters in my possession. I also took screen shot of the version of Candy crush game before I updated to version 1.326.0.1.
My id is 15599995556 and screenshot are below you can clearly see the date and time. I updated the game on 21.04.2026. 17:25 AST ( +10)

Just so I can properly understand what happened, when you say the Baker’s Box “disappeared after upgrade,” could you clarify a bit?
Normally, events like Baker’s Box run for a set time and don’t get changed or removed mid-progress, so I’d like to make sure we’re looking at the right thing here.
If this happens again, it would really help if you could:
That way we can check the timing and raise it properly with the team if needed.
In the meantime, keep an eye out next time the event appears again, if we can catch it while it’s happening, it’s much easier for us to investigate.
No Backer's box did bot "appeared" again after I played and win levels for a day. And this is second time that my backer box disappeared, unfortunately first time I didn't take a screenshot , hene I couldn't log a fault. Regarding support, i got 3 identical emails drom then in a span of an hour and I replied to 2 of rhem and nothing happened. They just sent me today 3 emils to give them a feedback. Unbelievable. And email that I got is below. AI generated as you can see. And I did everything that was mentioned in it . I am so disappointed , before person will respond to my reply. this time I got same emil 3 times

I’m sorry to hear that an event or feature has disappeared from your game, but don’t worry as it’s quite routine for some events and features to change, or even become temporarily unavailable, from time to time.
Please note that special events are designed as bonus features and not available permanently. To help keep the games fresh and interesting, our studios regularly tweak and introduce new features. As part of their process, they check these special events during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
Some events and features in our games can also temporarily disappear if you have a problem connecting during login. Usually this happens when there’s momentary signal loss or even a peak in the signal.
First check that you have a stable connection. Sometimes just playing a level will sort the issue out, or you could try closing the app and restarting your device.
If you’re still experiencing problems, it’s likely that this particular feature isn't available right now. It's great to know how much you appreciate this feature, and we will pass your feedback to our designers at the studio. In the meantime, make sure you keep your app updated, and enjoy your adventures!

I am very sorry to hear that the Baker's Box event has disappeared from your game after installing an update!
Did you try playing a level and see if event pops-up again? I have never tried with Baker's box but, I have seen this with other features! So, when you are ready, play a new level and win it to for the Baker's box to be kicked in!
About Player Support emails - if you are talking about the "initial automated emails", it is a norm that those emails include troubleshooting steps and other tips. All players receive that same information after sending their initial complaint! Depending on the issue we are experiencing, we will have to send follow-up emails to Player Support team for them to look into the issue. Hence, I would suggest not to pay attention to that email(s) right now!
